Sharing a PDF portfolio file

Question

I just uploaded to Acrobat.com (cloud storage) a pdf portfolio and tried to share it, but all that was received was one page that says open with Acrobat x1 or reader x1, or some such thing.  This, after I paid $20+.  What now?

Hi,Does the page you are seeing look something like this?:This is the "cover page" of the portfolio. Previewing of portfolio files is not supported within cloud.acrobat.com and so they will display this instead. However you should be able to view the file as expected after it is downloaded.
