sharing an email attachment into adobe fill and sign

when i come to share and email doc attachment into fill and sign with osx iphone 4s the option is not there, how can i add fill and sign into my share options?

Are you willing to open doc directly through the Fill & Sign app, that you got as pdf attachment into the email?

Can you share the screenshot of the options that you get while opening PDF file? https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot  

Note: Adobe Fill & Sign app has limited features. Its a part of Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and just let you fill & sign the form. Once filled or signed document you can use share option available in the app.
