Sharing documents and restricting to a 1 time download

Is anyone able to advise if I can share a document via Adobe and restrict the download capability to 1 time only? 

i.e. I would like to send a training manual to a customer and have it 'dissappear' once it has been downloaded.   I understand that we cannot restrict what they do with it after that, but i want the original link to vanish once downloading is complete.
