Question

Should I change my subscription before you turn off CreatePDF?

I recently received an announcement from Adobe as:

Important notice: Print to PDF functionality will be retired from your service plan. I have AdobePDFPack, which was converted from CreatePDF desktop printer due to your convenience. Should I change my subscription again before you turn off CreatePDF? How? I want to keep using the PDF printer from QuickBooks. But I don't want to pay additional monthly fee.

Hi seiwajyukujournal,

If you want to "print" to PDF after the CreatePDF Desktop printer is discontinued, you would need Acrobat. You can certainly swap your Adobe PDF Pack subscription for an Acrobat subscription, but there would be an additional cost. See www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html for pricing information.

Best,

Sara
