Sign feature suddenly stopped working under Fill & Sign?

​Fill & Sign - When using the Sign feature, why did the ability to "Apply" a signature image suddenly stop working?  The screen freezes.  Neither the Cancel or Apply options function.

HI suzannew89821941Could you please let us know the version of Adobe Reader installed on the machine?Is this happening with a specific file or with other files as well?Assuming you are using Adobe Reader, try using Fill & Sign on another file and check if its still freezes.If its still freezes, repair Reader installation, launch Reader>navigate to Help menu> and then click Repair Installation.Let us know if it worked.Thank You,Shivam
