Sign in acrobat.com through adobe reader app on iphone or ipad

Today I create my adobe ID using my laptop.

I also download adobe reader app on my iphone and ipad.

When I open the app, I find acrobat.com at the bottom. And click it.

Then I clicked "Get Started". I put my adobe ID and password.

However, error message pops up everytime I try.

I'm very sure I put correct ID and password.

I can't understand why I can't sign in.

Anyone helps me?

    I had this problem for a while as well until I realised you have to activate Acrobat separately through

    Click on 'Get personal file storage'
