sign in error (not password or payment related)

Why do I get a message saying 'an error occurred' every time I try to sign in to Adobe Export PDF? it's definitely not the password, or anthing to do with the account having expired..

    Hi JPD1,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Have you tried to login online http://www.adobe.com/exportpdf  with your Adobe id and password. Check if you are getting the error message here as well. Also try different browsers.

    I check the status of your subcription and i found it normal working fine.
