I want to subscribe to the Word-conversion service, but my Adobe-id is not accepted. I am asked to open a new account, but cannot do so with the same email-address. What is going on?

Hi Bisjer,

Make sure you are using the same Adobe id associated with your subscription.

Clear the browser cache and try logging in again. Also, make sure that you're using a supported web browser (System requirements | Acrobat.com).
