Signature Form Field Disapperes

I have created a document with multiple fill-and-sign fields. I did this by using Tools > "prepare form" > and allowing the form auto generate form fields. Everything looks perfect in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC but when I upload the form to our website, so people will be able to fill it out and download, the specific signature fields disappear even though all the other text "fill" fields are still there. For my purposes it is okay for the "signature" to be a typed name, but I cannot figure out how to edit the field type or fix it to where it even shows up when the form is uploaded to our website, and I have been unable to find any answers online.

As you are creating a PDF form, could you please confirm if you are adding the digital signature files on the PDF form?

Would you mind sharing the PDF form that you have created? So, we can check and provide you the right information.

Please also confirm if you are creating the PDF form using the Acrobat application.

I feel silly, but I spent twenty minutes trying to figure this out before posting here. I still don't know why the signature field disappears when the empty document is uploaded, but I found a workaround by deleting the signature field completely, right clicking one of the existing fields in the menu and adding a "new field" that's just for text in the spot I want it. It would be nice if the signature fields would work, but this will suffice for now.
