Hi,

I want to save a signature so that when I open adobe next time I only have to select the signature or initials. but saving doesn't work anymore. I already tried the option to click on the save button. This works in Adobe Acrobat but not Adobe Acrobat Online. Is there a solution for this

Hi gigi_1255,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

This should not happen. When you mark the "Save" box, the signature should be saved in the account. Please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Also, try an alternate and new incognito window on Chrome. Check if you experience the same behavior.

If you are still unable to save the signature, please share a screen recording of the steps you take to save it and what happens when you open it next time.

Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4ev9XAk

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

I have looked at the cookies and cache together with our automation specialist, these have all been deleted. it does not work in an incognito browser either. we have come to the conclusion that the problem is with the extension that is used/opened when you open a pdf file from a sharepoint site. see below the extension that is opened.
