signature on tablet

I would like to be able to have my customers sign my PDF form directly on my tablet (Surface). is this possible? If so, how?

    Do you have the free Adobe Reader installed on your Surface? If so, that is all you should need!

    the form which my company supplies has a field ,formatted as a signature field, so every time we enter it the digital signature dialog comes up. when I had the laptop we connected a signature pad. I'd prefer to not have to do this...
