I'm looking at the PDF Pack subscription, but confused about one of the options. The FAQ says that you can ''get signatures from others, then track and manage responses''. Am I correct that this means that you can send a file to other so that they can sign it and send it back? If so, what are the differences with Adobe Sign?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Adobe Send & Track is basically used to send the large files (not just for signature) and track if the recipient receives the file. It also lets you know when others view your file.
On the other hand, Adobe sign helps you to send, sign, track and manage the signature process.
There are various other functions which are not available in Adobe Send & Track.
