Signed document, now missing pages

Question

Hi, So i sent out a document to be electronically signed and I have received the final copy with the audit report that it has been completed. However, the final document now has missing pages and I have this pop-up message that says error. Is there a way I can retrieve the missing pages? what is the cause of this problem? Thanks.

Please let us know if you can view the pages in Acrobat Online or Adobe Sign account when you open them from the Agreements list under Adobe Sign.

Would you mind sharing the link to the PDF in private so we can have a look at it? You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Did you notice this behavior with other files?
