Signing a document

I received a document with a signature on it with a field for my signature but I cant sign it.  When I click fill and sign I get a signature panel telling me that at least one signature has problems and it wont let me sign it.  How fo I solve this problem.

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you can't sign on a document because it says at least one signature has problems. Assuming that you are trying to sign the document on the Acrobat desktop application, here is a discussion link on a similar issue. Kindly go through the link and follow the steps provided there.
