Hi Lisa32331656tmxu,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please let us know how the file was shared with you for signature. Is it shared as an attachment?

If yes, you may use the Fill & Sign tool to fill out the form and add your signature. You may take help of the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/fill-and-sign.html

For digital signature, refer to the information in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/digital-ids.html#digital_ids

Would like to inform you that you cannot open the zip files in Acrobat. Extract the file from the zip file and then open it in Acrobat to add a signature.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
