I thought this service was SUPPOSE TO MAKE MY WORK LOAD EASIER?

sO FAR ALL IT'S DONE IS MAKE LIFE MORE DIFFICULT! I TRIED TWICE TO SEND FILES AND MESSAGES AND THE SYSTEM LOCKS UP!

THE SEND BUTTON IS FADED OUT?

I WILL BE CALLING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION 7 MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY!

Hi moonbellybaby,

I'm sorry that your subscription experience is not off to a good start. I understand your frustration. I've checked your account, and it appears the order is still processing. That is likely why the Send button is dimmed.

But, please tell me more about the system locking up. At what point in the process does the system appear to freeze? It doesn't sound like you've been able to send files yet. Does it lock up when you create an anonymous link to your file, or when you're selecting a file to send?

I hope we can get this issues ironed out for you quickly. But if you still feel like you want to cancel your subscription, we can take care of that for you, too.

It should not take an hour to get customer service especially after I just signed up!

Maybe not, but you posted in a community forum where you get to chat with interested experts, rather than Adobe staff. This is not customer service.
