    Hi joannem46781425,

    I'm sorry that ExportPDF didn't work out for you. Did you try exporting as in .DOC format (as opposed to .DOCX)? If you that doesn't work and you want to cancel, please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.
