SSO issue
Today suddently no one in the city can log into there accounts IT included. I would reach out to support but I cantnot get the information to contact support without logging in. I am the systems administrator and cannot log in.
The error is as follows: SAML signature validation failed, make sure you uploaded the metadata with proper certificates.
This has been in place since 2022 nothing changed not sure why we cannot login
