can someone help me?

i keep getting an error when trying to download pdf files to word in emails

    Hi Rochelle02,

    The PDF files are attachments to emails? Are you able to save the attachments to your hard disk, and then convert them to by logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

    Yes they are attachments and I never use to have any problems

    It says it cannot send the files
