Still not able to access my subscription

I can't convert to Excel, it asks for me to pay again. Shouldn't I be able to convert to Excel, save it then export it to my desktop. From there I can make charges to the Excel document weekly then print it out weekly? Surely, it should have been confirmed by now. dwilson1115@yahoo.com

Hi dwilson1115,

I don't find any order history under the email address that you use here in the forums. Is it possible that you either signed up using a different email address, or started your subscription as an in-app purchase in the Adobe Reader mobile app? (If you did get it as an in-app purchase, Adobe won't have record of the subscription; you would need to check with the app store to resolve issues with your subscription).
