Stopped receiving email notifications

Please could you help.

For no aparent reason I've stopped receiving Adobe Sign emails notifications of the esig being sent abd when it's signed.

I've checked settings and notifications are on.

Hi,

 

This has also happened to me and our organization. We used to received email notifications once a documents was e-signed, but now I do not. 

 

Any luck figuring this out?
