Stopped receiving email notifications

Please could you help.

For no aparent reason I've stopped receiving Adobe Sign emails notifications of the esig being sent abd when it's signed.

I've checked settings and notifications are on.

Hello, This is happening to me as well. The instructions are from 2021, so they do not reflect the current version of Adobe we are using. Where is “My Profile”? Where is “My Notifications”? They cannot be found.

Are you using Acrobat or the free Acrobat Reader desktop app to access the services? Are you referring to the Adobe Sign services, email notifications, or the profile?

Are you accessing the services through the web? Are you on a Mac or Windows machine, and what is the version?

This has also happened to me and our organization. We used to received email notifications once a documents was e-signed, but now I do not.

Any luck figuring this out?
