Styling TOC using ddx

Hi,

 I was able to make the  TOC in this format while assembling the pdf documents 

TOC

Hello Text ..... 3

Sample Text ....5

Sample PDF ... 8

But i need this below format 

TOC

1. Hello Text ..... 3

2. Sample Text ....5

3. Sample PDF ... 8

Could anyone please help me on this?
