Subscribed for Adobe Export PDF, when trying to Export pdf its asking me to upgrade?

I subscribed to Adobe Export PDF Annual as just a personal household user ‎ but everytime i keep on trying to convert word to pdf it says I need to upgrade. I am not sure then what I have subscribed to and it is frustrating that i cannot ring or chat online with anyone!@

    You  may check the following steps suggested in similar discussion- Bought ExportPro Subscription but still can't export PDFs to Word docs which would help you identifying whats going wrong in your scenario.
