subscribed to free trial but went trying to export into doc file always prompt me to subscribe now?

registered for free month trial but send back to subscribe now when I try to export pdf file into word. What's  the trick?

    Hi jmarksens,

    Sounds like there may be a couple of things going on here. There is no free trial of ExportPDF, so it may be that you signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat. If that's the case, you need to download and install Acrobat (see Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat XI Professional for more information). When Acrobat is installed, open your PDF, choose File > Save as Other, Microsoft Word > Word Document to convert PDF to Word.

    If you purchased an ExportPDF subscription, you can log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/html to convert your file.
