subscription activation

I have subscribed for 1 year for adobe professional which get paid monthly from my credit card but it does not activate automatically. currently I cannot open pdf documents on my laptop.

    Hi sekies16319072,

    I've checked your account, and all is well there. You do have an active subscription to Acrobat Pro. To activate it, you simply need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

    When you launch Acrobat, are you prompted to "License this Software"? If so, click that link and then enter your Adobe ID and password.

    If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know.
