subscription cancelation sends me in circles

Hi, I am trying to cancel my subscription as well, but the system literally takes me round and round in circles. It is as bad as one of those scammy websites that get you to subscribe and then make it impossible to unsubscribe.

    Please follow this link Contact Customer Care then click the "Still need help? Contact us" button.

    *Make sure that you are Signed in with your Adobe ID and password

    Then initiate a chat with Adobe Customer care representative to cancel the subscription.

    Hi davids,

    I've checked your account; to cancel your Acrobat Pro subscription, you need to Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top pop-up menu, and then Membership, Account, Payment. Then, click the blue "Still Need Help" button at the bottom of the screen to find the various contact options (phone or chat).
