Subscription cancellation

Dear Adobe

I would like to cancel my subscriptions, uninstall the applications  and start again.    The reason for this is after pc world re-booted my computer, the applications disappeared although my subscriptions were still valid.  Because of this, I keep on having to do the free trials.

Also is their an explanation my some of my docments are scrambled?
