Subscription Login Issue

When  I try to convert a pdf to Word using Export pdf, I am asked to subscribe. I already have a subscription.

It looks like you have not licensed your product.

I would suggest you to please try logging out of your Adobe account and log in again and confirm you are using the correct email id that is associated with your Adobe membership.

Also if you still get an issue please let me know.
