Subscription not working for converter into .word

HHi, I've just subscribed via your adobe document to convert a PDF into .word but it won't allow me to do this. It still keeps coming up with the subscription screen. I have a confirmation email from ITunes to say I've paid.

    Hi AlinaHJ,

    I checked your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums, but I don't see any order history. Did you perhaps sign up using a different email address? Or, did you sign up via the Reader Mobile app (if you did, you would need to contact the app store from which you purchased your subscription.)
