Subscription of export to not updating

Hi

I have recently purchased an in app subscription for export to word excel. It does not allow me to export any document when I click on export pops up saying I need to subscribe so I click on subscribe then it pops up error you already have s subscription. Please help

    Hi Leong,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you get the subscription page when you try to export PDF, try to sign out from the application.

    Then relaunch the application and sign in again. Make sure you use the same Adobe I that you use to purchase the export PDF service.

    Check if you can export PDF after that or not.
