Subscription renewed after I disabled automatic renewal

On 14 December 2014 I disabled the automatic renewal of my yearly subscription to ExportPDF, which was expiring on 12 January 2015. I received this confirmation of the successful operation (in Italian):

However today, to my great astonishment, my subscription was renewed for another year. The account is the same and I didn't turn the auto-renewal on after turning it off.

How come I was debited this subscription? How can I have my money back? How can I remove my credit card details from my profile so that this doesn't happen again next year?

Hi Mr Bondesan,

I've checked your account. It appears that you have two separate ExportPDF subscriptions. If you would like, I can cancel the other one (but keep it active until the year's out).

But please Contact Customer Care to see whether they can arrange a refund for the duplicate subscription.

Thank you, Ms Forsberg, for your helpful reply. I find it hard to believe that I have two accounts with the same e-mail (my Gmail address being used both in the subscription cancellation and in the renewal confirmation e-mails), anyway please go ahead and cancel my other subscription. I will try to contact the Custumer Care to see if I can get a refund.
