Subscription unknown . Please cancel

Hi. I just noticed I have a subscription since September, almost 24$ taken out from my account.. I did not subscribe to Adobe anywhere,please cancel sich subcription and refund the payments since September. Thank you!

My niece is having the same problem. Can you please assist in canceling and refunding. Must she download the adobe app because she doesn't have one
