sync cloud to computer automatically?

I use Adobe DC Pro with CC. How do I maintain a copy of a PDF on both the cloud and my physical computer and how are changes to each synced?

Thank you!

As per the description above, you want to manage and work with your PDF files on Adobe Document Cloud as well as on your computer, Is that correct?

Please refer to the following KB doc to manage the PDF files stored on Document Cloud and on your Physical computer Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud

Hope this helps and let us know if you need more assistance.
