Tens of Thousands of Files Gone Overnight From Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud

I work for a small office that had thousands of folders, word documents, and PDFs vanish from the Adobe Acrobat Document Cloud overnight. This all occurred on August 1st and 6+ hours with the abomination that is Adobe's customer service has yielded no help or solutions.


We have tried just about everything, including downloading older versions of adobe, but all the contents in all of our folders have vanished with no trace of them existing anywhere. I was wondering if anyone has ever had such an issue or could help provide any potential solutions. Thank you.

I am replying to your email with regard to your server issues which involved the availability of the files in Document Cloud Storage.



WE WASTED OVER A WEEK OF TALKING TO YOUR SUPPOSED EXPERTS – NONE OF WHICH COULD HELP



WE HAVE LOST ALL OF OUR FILES – FIVE YEARS OF DOCUMENTS STORED IN YOUR CLOUD OF WHICH YOU HAVE NOT LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!



SO MY QUESTION IS HOW ARE YOU GETTING OUR FILES BACK.



WE’VE DONE EVERYTHING YOU’VE SUGGESTED, SIGN OUT, SIGN IN AGAIN, UNINSTALLED, REINSTALLED, EVERYTHING YOU HAVE SAID AND WE STILL DON’T HAVE OUR FILES!!!!!!



YOUR EXPERT WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL US TODAY AT 9AM – NO ONE CALLED!!!!!!

WE HAVE LOST OVER 5 YEARS OF DOCUMENTS, YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING TO GET OUR FILES BACK AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS - WE DON'T HAVE ANY MORE TIME TO WASTE WITH YOUR DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO ONLY READ FROM A SCRIPT AND CONTINUOUSLY APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE - I SHOULD GET ALL OF MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS MADE TO YOUR COMPANY FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT SINCE YOU ARE SO INEPT AT GETTING BACK OUR DOCUMENTS!!!!!!!!!

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the Acrobat Document Cloud.

 

We were experiencing server issues at the time you mentioned, which involved the availability of the files in Document Cloud Storage.

 

That being said, the servers are up and running now. 

Could you please sign out of the application and sign in again and let us know if it works for you?
