Text changes in Adobe Acrobat Online not saving

Question

Hello, when using Acrobat Online in M Edge, changes to text in a PDF file do not save, despite the interface indicating that changes are being saved.

I've tried refreshing the browser, making additional changes to force a save, changing the name of the file, saving a copy, et cetera. Nothing resolves the issue.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

Please check if the issue occurs when using the service on an alternate browser.

Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Then check if the changes get saved or not.

If you continue to experience the same behaviour, please share a small video showing what happens. Also, share the browser version.
