I just purchased Adobe PDF Export in order to convert some PDF's, but the text is all garbled. I tried converting it on my computer and online and it made no difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Adobe Export PDF can create high-quality conversions, but the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with. Do you get the same result with all the PDFs converted into word?
As mentioned that you have checked with different PDFs and the result is same, so would you please confirm the files you are working on does it contain any special font in it or these documents are scanned PDFs?

Also, would that be possible for you to share a sample pdf with us? We would like to test the same at our end.
