The 19.99 charge I am being billed for is for what? Is that for one year charge?

I have Adobe Pro 9 2010 and use that all the time.

      I checked your account; that $19.99 is for an ExportPDF annual subscription, which was original purchased on August 23, 2013.

      I am having this issue , I canceled my account. I went thourgh this last time Itold them to cancel the account.
