The 30 days Free Trial is just BULLSHIT. I have tried to download it six times, but nothing is really downloaded. Then I want just to pay the lowest rate, since all I need is just to convert from PDF to Word. Nothing more. But the rate shown of $ 1.9

    Hi fransie,

I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing. There is the Acrobat DC 30-day free trial, and the ExportPDF online subscription, which allows you to convert PDF to Word, and is what I think you're after. We don't offer a free trial of the ExportPDF service. But, if you subscribe, and don't decide that  you don't need it, you can cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. There is nothing to download with ExportPDF; you just need to sign up at https://cloud.acrobat.com, and then log in to your account at the same URL to use your subscription.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help.

    Best,

    Sara

I have no idea what you are talking about. You have neither told us what program/ service you are actually referring to nor provided exact system info or for that matter explained what actually goes wrong.
