Question

The @ check box under the 89.99 option clearly said I could convert PDF to Word. Now I join, pay my 89.99, and am told oh noooo, you have to pay $250 a year. I don't have that kind of money for one simple conversion task. For god's sake. EIther give

Hi - whoever has figured out how to actually reach a real person, thanks for forwarding this message. I don't want to start a discussion. I want an answer:

I don't have that kind of money for one simple conversion task.  For god's sake. EIther give me back my money or give me the ability to convert PDF files to word.

    To convert PDF to Word you do not even need the PDF Pack; the less expensive ExportPDF will also do that.

    An Adobe PDF Pack subscription is $89.99/year, and that subscription will definitely allow you to convert PDF files to Word format (among several others). Would you mind telling me where you're seeing the $250 price tag? If there's an error somewhere, we definitely want to get that straightened out.
