the documents I want to convert into Microsoft word from PDF can't be done-Why?

I paid to have PDF forms converted  but it doesn't seem to work for those files I want it to.  Am I doing something wrong?  Please help

    Hi eblorge,

    I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Can you please let us know what you mean by "can't be done"? Are you getting an error message when you try to convert, or are they converting but not turning out as you'd like?

    Please tell us more, and we'll see if we can get to the bottom of it!

    When I try to convert from pdf to microsoft word a message pops up that

    "Adobe Reader could not open"Deed WPD" because it is either not a

    supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it

    was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.

    Please help because if it can't open these files, I have no use for this

    program.
