The notice on Workspaces retiring: I did downnload my files in workspaces…then when I read to go to the cloud link, and login, the only thing I got was a checklist of features for PDFExport vs. Pro - no way to login

Pt 2 - when I tired to log in at cloud.acrobat.com - all I see is a features checklist that shows only one under Export PDF (my current plan) and all the other features under PRO. I'm confused because I have had more than one feature previously with ExportPDF - has that now changed and I have to upgrade to PRO - same price $19.99???

    Hi again Linda!

    ExportPDF has only ever allowed for conversions from PDF to Word, Excel, RTF. What features did you have before? I've checked your account, and see only the ExportPDF subscription. Is it possible that you had an Acrobat trial at some point?
