The online prompts don't even put the Ask a question in the right area!

The FAQ's are not helpful. you don't answer the questions asked, in a timely manner. try to convert pdf to word or excel and get roadblocks asking me to subscribe now. i have a license!!! then am prompted to sign in numerous times. these glitches need to be corrected immediately. Yourproductsucks  and is not efficient. easily converting documents is a major part of my job. i will not recommend renewal of this product by our district. I need your help now!!! Thank you.

    I can understand your frustration. How may I help? What sort of issues are you experiencing with ExportPDF?

    I checked you account, but don't see an ExportPDF subscription. Did you sign up via Reader for mobile as an in-app purchase?
