The PDF I am trying to convert to Excel has failed upon two attempts. Does this indicate that the file is too complex for the software?

Is there a particular error message when you try to convert? If you get the generic "Conversion failure" message after both attempts, your assumption is likely correct. But, there are also specific types of the PDF files that ExportPDF doesn't support for conversion, such as those that are password-protected or part of a PDF portfolio. That said, if the spreadsheet is large, it could very well be too complex.

Please clear the browser cache, and then try again. If that doesn't work, you might want to try converting via Adobe Acrobat--since the conversion will take place locally, you won't run into any upload speed or connectivity issues which could affect the conversion.
