The program no longer sends attachments

The program no longer sends the attached files.

When I push the send button it downloads the files and freezes up. When I review "sent files" it doesn't show as being sent, but when I view recent files, I see the files.

    Are you trying to send files from your computer, or files that have already been uploaded to cloud.acrobat.com? How large are the files?

    I am trying to send files from my computer and was able too until today. One pdf file was 272kb and the other one was 316kb

    What happens if you upload them to cloud.acrobat.com, and then Send them from there (rather than Sending from your computer)?

    Are you trying to Send from within Reader, from a browser (https://cloud.acrobat.com/send), or from Outlook?
