    Hi richardc,

    I've checked your account; I didn't see an Adobe Send subscription. If you don't have a subscription, you can use the Create an Anonymous Link option. But to use the Send Personalized Invitations option (which must be selected for the Send button to be available), you need a subscription.

    Sara, thanks for responding to my issue. I looked in my charge account and I saw an Adobe charge (~$23). This occurred around 2:30 PM today. Does it take a day for the subscription to activate?

    Hi Richard,

    It can take 24-48 hours for an order to process fully. Once it does, you should be able to log in and send files using the Personalized Invitations option. Please let me know if you can't log in in the next day or so.
