The steps:  we received the file as a PDF file and was asked to edit the form. 


My co-worker edited it in Livecycle es4.


When we sent the document back to them they asked to have the title tagged as H1 as it is currently tagged as content.


In live cycle we are unknowledgable of how to edit it.


We then took the file saved it as a word document them exported it in as a PDF thru adobe DC


made my changes and sent it back.


Once they received the file they are unable to put anything( any data into document where it prompts you too) using reader



we are not writing this on the mainframe but that is what we have...



Acrobat reader ix 11.0 


Adobe live cycle es4 11.0
