What exactly does that mean and how do I do it?

    Hi editing scanned text,

    When you use ExportPDF, it automatically performs Optical Character Recognition (OCR). OCR is the process of converting scanned text to editable text. You can't disable OCR if you convert via the ExportPDF website, but it can be disabled if you convert via Reader.
