There was a charge for $134.24 on  my Visa. What would this be for?

    Hi Tivi,

    Was that charge from Adobe? I've looked at your account, and the only order that I can see if for an Acrobat Pro subscription (billed at $19.99/month, plus tax).

    When was the charge incurred?

    Hi Sara,

    Thanks for the quick reply. The charge was from Adobe Systems on December 03, 2013 for $114.96US, ( $134.24CDN).

    Hi Dave,

    I can't find any record under your email address of any charges back that far, so I'm guessing that you may have used a different email address. It may be easiest to Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help you track down what that charge was for.
