There was a problem reading this document (15)

I am trying to use the extract pages feature for adobe pro. Every time I try to do so I get an error message that reads "there was a problem reading this document (15)". I called tech support to figure out what this error message means and how I can fix it but they told me because I am using the free trial I cannot use voice support. I downloaded the free trial first to see how I liked the product and to test and make sure all of the features worked. Since Adobe is doing a pretty good job of making sure I cannot test and experience any of the features or services they have to offer and because I have already encountered so many headaches I am leaning towards no for a future purchase.
