On 01/03/15 I purchased a one year subscription, AD015261711 at $19.99 per mo. Then on 01/24/15, I discovered you offered what I thought to be an out and out purchase of the Adobe Acrobat XI, AD015495828, and paid $199.00. Having never received acknowledgment or any form of software for that purchase. On 02/13/15, having trial after trial run out, I gave up and purchased a one year subscription, AD015717149 to your Adobe Acrobat XI program for $14.99 per mo.

I agree, for a grown man to have put out this much money and received virtually nothing for my money is pretty stupid on my part, but you see Adobe has had such a sterling reputation for years, I like a fool, trusted you would eventually provide me with substance for my money ... wrong, at least so far. I'm disgusted with your entire way of doing business. You provide no "Chat" or phone number where a customer may call for guidance, you barely provide a contact method except by this "community billboard nonsense."

I expect my monies to be returned as I have received nothing of value for the dollars I have invested. Do you not agree?

Doesn't sound like a good experience, but it sounds as if you simply did not download the software you paid for, at least for the subscriptions. It's freely available, and when you sign in your subscription makes it live.

For a purchase you should get a serial number, but perhaps your email from Adobe is blocked. Check your account details.

CHAT is available to reach Adobe reps (which I'm not) but you have to accurately answer questions about the product you have and the kind of support you need. Only then does it reveal the link. Clearly you will want to cancel some or all of this.

Hmm, I see you had a trial. So you have the software anyway... you just need to sign in.
